The beds were incredibly comfortable and the variety of pillows was a nice touch. We loved the personalized note from the staff. The location was perfect for us as trekkers and group of friends.

The room was clean and comfortable, with soft and cozy linens on the bed. The temperature control was easy to use and effective. The hotel provided convenient amenities such as a fridge and microwave, which were clean and free from any leftovers. The jacuzzi in the King jacuzzi suite was modern, spacious, and extremely clean, with mirrors on two sides. The hotel provided four soft oversized towels for the jacuzzi, and there was good ventilation in the room, so it didn't feel like a sauna after using the jacuzzi.

We had a few minor issues during our stay. We booked a king suite with a sofa bed but didn't have any linens for the sofa bed.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Birch Run and had a great experience at Comfort Inn. The breakfast options were fantastic, with something for everyone. I especially loved the triple zero Greek yogurt, a healthier choice compared to the high sugar yogurts often found at other hotels. The staff was exceptional and even allowed us to check in early at 10:00 a.m. They were so accommodating and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The comfortable bed and pillows made for a restful night's sleep, and the hotel's location near Birch Run and Frankenmuth was very convenient. I would definitely choose to stay at Comfort Inn again in the future.

The location was perfect for us, as it was really close to the outlet mall which was the whole reason we were staying in Birch Run. We were able to easily walk to the Birch Run outlets and it was close to everything we needed.

The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. The carpet was not clean and needed to be vacuumed, and there were several areas in the room that were dirty and in need of a thorough cleaning.

The value for money at Comfort Inn was excellent, and the room itself was perfect - clean, comfortable, and with all the necessary amenities. The location was also a big plus, with downtown Frankenmuth and the Birch Run outlets just a short distance away. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well taken care of.
